Do you accept small trial orders?
Yes. Most ranges can start with a trial order so you can review materials, finish and packaging before committing to a larger quantity. The exact minimum depends on the specific product and material, so send us your target item and we will confirm.
How long does sampling take?
Sampling time depends on the product and how many changes are needed. Once your brief is confirmed we will give you an estimated sample date. Lead time for production is quoted together with the sample so you can plan your launch.
Can you put our logo and packaging on the product?
OEM and private-label work is our core business. We can usually apply woven labels, printed logos, hangtags and retail-ready packaging. Send your brand assets and we will confirm what is possible for the specific product.
Can you match a colour from our brand guide?
Colour matching depends on the material. For fabrics and webbing we can normally match against a Pantone reference or a physical swatch. Please share your target colour and we will advise on the closest achievable result.
Do you ship to our country?
We work with buyers worldwide and can quote on EXW, FOB or other agreed terms. Share your destination port or city and we will confirm the shipping options and estimated transit time.
Can we get test reports for our market?
Where a product needs testing for your destination market, we can discuss the relevant requirements and arrange testing against an agreed standard. Please tell us the target market and the specific requirement so we can confirm scope and cost.
